Claremont Avenue Residence is a historic Upper West Side residence designed for distinguished literary scholar David Scott Kastan, former Chair of the English Departments at Columbia University and Yale University. The project focused on creating a sophisticated home and private library that celebrates rare literature, fine art, architectural restoration, and a lifetime devoted to scholarship and collecting.
